Description
This project consists of a full renovation of a mid-terrace family home overlooking South Park, including side infill extension to the rear ground floor offering valuable kitchen and dining space. The proposed arrangement carefully balances the floor plan by creating a series of distinct and intimate spaces. The rationalised layout improves the flow between the interconnected rooms to the front of the property and the new, spacious open plan living space to the rear,
Reinstating the render to the rear elevation with minimally framed glass sliding doors at ground and first floor level revitalises the existing character of the house while offering a refreshed and contemporary appearance.
