Set within the Cheyne Conservation Area, a full internal refurbishment of our Chelsea House aims to serve a more contemporary lifestyle, offering amenities and facilities expected of a 21st Century household in a period property.
Our proposal for two modest, yet efficient infill extensions expand on the usable internal area, while also providing additional terraces to the rear, enhancing the property’s internal-external connection.
Reconfiguring the bedrooms allows us to provide a generous principal bedroom, and five bedrooms each with en-suites. A lift is to be introduced across the 6 floors to assist the needs of the client and their family. Levels within the rear outrigger have been adjusted to achieve better head room.
The proposed developments will help preserve the condition of the existing building and the historic character of the conservation area.
